PIPING
Service includes Piping design and detailed engineering services such as finalization of pipe routing, development of plot plan, key plan, isometrics, pipe support details, etc
ELECTRICAL & INSTRUMENTATION
Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering and detailing services is based on Equipment and electrical layouts and on instrument specifications, standards. The design is cross verified using instrument sizing and calculation software. The deliverables include Instrument index, Instrument datasheets, Loop diagrams, Hook up drawings, Schematic control diagrams, Cable schedule etc.
STRUCTURAL
Structural modeling and analysis for workshops, canopies, pipe racks, platforms etc are carried out to as per project standards set. The service also includes design calculation for the foundations of storage tanks, pressure vessels, flare stacks and pipe supports and preparation of detailed fabrication drawings as per international drawing standards. |

PRESSURE VESSEL & HEAT EXCHANGER DESIGN
The service includes analysis and design on most horizontal and vertical towers, vessel, storage tank and heat exchanger configurations to check or ensure compliance with ASME VIII, TEMA and API design codes. The service also includes preparation of detailed fabrication drawings for various vessels and exchangers.

Develop 3D models to meet their customer requirements for “Virtual Project Creation” before construction at site for project whose drawings were already prepared on a 2D Platform.
Have limited resources to prepare 3D piping models while handling the detail engineering activity in-house.
