Established in 1996, ImageGrafix, based in Dubai , United Arab Emirates (UAE) is one of the leading value-added-distributors, developers and service providers of a wide range of mechanical engineering software and solutions addressing CAD/CAM/CAE systems and integrated Plant Design solutions and services. ImageGrafix main focus is on oil, gas, petrochemical, power, fabrication and manufacturing industries throughout the Middle East and North Africa . There are also two ImageGrafix subsidiaries: ImageGrafix Engineering Services Pvt Ltd (IGES) in Chennai, India and ImageGrafix Canada Inc. based in Toronto, Canada.
The core competence of ImageGrafix is automating labour-intensive operations in Plant Design and CAD/CAM/CAE systems with a particular focus on energy and manufacturing industries. The principles on which the company base itself are giving technical support a top priority and giving the customers cost savings in terms of higher productivity and reduced man-hours.
ImageGrafix is one of the largest distributors of engineering software packages in the region with the largest share of the market for Plant Design and CAD/CAM/CAE. ImageGrafix Engineering Software & Solutions Division products are specifically targeted toward Power and Process industries addressing the areas of plant design; pipe stress analysis; pressure vessel design and rating; oil storage tank design and evaluation; 3D plant review and clash detection; fluid flow analysis; shell and tubes heat exchanger design; piping isometrics; steel design & detailing; integrated pipeline management systems; technical document management systems; power engineering and mechanical design and drafting software (CAD/CAM/CAE) for fabrication and manufacturing industries. ImageGrafix relationship with its partners started many years ago. This gives all parties a thorough understanding of each others expectations and the feedback received by customers are forwarded to developer partners on an ongoing basis. ImageGrafix Engineering Services & Training Division provides customization and technical services for Plant design and CAD/CAM/CAE systems as well as detailed engineering and intelligent 3D plant modelling and plant data management services. These services are handled by our Jebel Ali Free Zone operations and by ImageGrafix Engineering Services (IGES) in Chennai , India. ImageGrafix Canada acts as liaison office for our North American customers.
